- Your BeauCPH representative or driver will welcome you at any of our designated stops around the city, with primary departure hubs located at Nyhavn (Stop 1) and Copenhagen Central Station / Tivoli.
- Tickets are valid for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours from the exact time your pass is first scanned on board.
- Simply present your mobile e-ticket or printed voucher to the BeauCPH driver or street agent upon first boarding to receive your physical pass and audio headphones.
- Complimentary single-use earphones are provided for our multi-language onboard audio guide, though you are welcome to bring your own standard 3.5mm audio jack headphones for personal comfort.
- Child fares apply to ages 4–15. Children aged 0–3 travel free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum of two free toddlers per adult).
- Buses run approximately every 20 to 30 minutes. Operational hours and frequency vary by season, so please check the live tracking link on your voucher for real-time bus locations.
- All BeauCPH buses are wheelchair accessible with low-floor entry and dedicated lower-deck space for one standard manual wheelchair per vehicle.
- Upper-deck open-top seating operates weather permitting. On rainy or cold days, lower-deck seating is fully enclosed and climate-controlled.
- BeauCPH is not liable for route alterations, stop closures, or traffic delays resulting from municipal roadworks, city marathons, or official events beyond our control.
- Free cancellation and a full refund are available up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled travel date.
